Beta – for reference only
This is an unverified beta. Content must be verified against current FDA labeling, a standard drug reference, and your facility’s policies/protocols before use. It is not a substitute for clinical judgment, provider orders, or pharmacist consultation. Every entry is marked verified: false until reviewed. AI-generated text (if you enable it) can be wrong. In an emergency follow facility emergency procedures.
No patient information (PHI). This app has no patient records or fields — do not type patient names, MRNs, dates of birth or other identifiers into search or Settings. Searches, favorites and settings stay on this device; nothing is sent anywhere unless you turn on the optional AI feature, which sends only medication reference data.
Appearance
Install on your phone
iPhone / iPad (Safari): tap the Share button → Add to Home Screen → Add.
Android (Chrome): menu ⋮ → Install app / Add to Home screen.
After the first load online, everything works with no signal. Open the app once on each device while connected.
Favorites
0 pinned medications (stored only on this device).
Offline status
Network: online · Service worker: checking…
All pages and medication data are cached on first load so the app works with no signal. Add it to your home screen to install.
Optional AI explanations
Off by default. The built-in explanations work with no network and no key. If you turn this on, the “Explain” panel can also ask an OpenAI-compatible endpoint (called directly from this device) to rewrite a medication’s reference data. It is grounded-only: the model is given numbered facts from this app and must cite them; statements without valid citations, or containing numbers not in the cited facts, are removed. Output is labeled AI-generated and can still be wrong.
- Your key is stored only in this browser’s localStorage (readable by scripts on this site). Use a restricted/low-limit key; do not use a shared or work key without permission.
- Only medication reference data is sent — never enter patient information.
- The endpoint must allow browser (CORS) requests.
